The church facilities will provide adequate meeting space for all general and committee meetings and booth space for those wishing to display information regarding their ministry endeavors.
The Ladies’ Conference will be held in our Annex building, which has an intimate setting with a nice kitchen. The
Pastor & Layman’s Council will be held in the Sanctuary along with the afternoon workshop. Turner Family Center will host the
ministry booths and provide space for campus lunches purchased by individuals. If you are interested in setting up a booth, please contact the church to guarantee a spot.
We understand that time is precious and that you don’t always have an opportunity to grab lunch and return in a timely manner, so we are offering to serve as your delivery person for lunch. If you would like a lunch for either Tuesday or Wednesday, you may purchase a boxed lunch from Jason’s Deli for $10 per person. There will be approximately four meal options for the lunches, however, you must call and order the lunch by November 12th. The lunches will be ready for you in Turner Family Center immediately following each morning session. Tables and chairs will be set up for you to relax and enjoy your lunch while also visiting with ministry booth leaders.
The host hotel is
Holiday Inn Express in the Firewheel area of Garland, which has many nice restaurants and shops. This is a newer area of development, and we believe you would enjoy your stay in this area. The hotel has allotted 50 rooms (32 doubles and 18 king) for us at a rate of
$119.00, so advanced booking is recommended. There are also many other hotels and RV locations to choose from if you prefer.

The Texas Baptist Institute & Seminary Alumni Banquet will be held on Tuesday at 5:00 PM at “The Atrium” (300 N 5th St., Garland, TX, 75040) on the square in Garland. The tickets are $25.00 per person. For more information, please contact the school.
For your transportation needs, Garland has plenty of options, from the DART train (very conveniently located to the Church and will allow for travel to multiple areas in the metroplex), to taxis, to Uber/Lyft providers, to bus services. Both airports, DFW and Love Field, are approximately thirty minutes from the Church as well.
If you find yourself in the Garland area on the Sunday before the meeting, we extend an invitation to attend New Liberty or one of our fellow sister churches in the DFW Metroplex. We would be honored to have you as our special guests.
